These terms govern your use of WillTheyBuy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
WillTheyBuy is an AI research agent that simulates how shoppers might respond to a product, price, or shelf using behavioral panels and statistical models. Results are estimates to inform your decisions - not guarantees of real-world outcomes.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights;
- attempt to abuse, circumvent, or resell the free tier, or evade usage limits;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- upload content you don’t have the right to use.
Plans, billing & payment
Some features require a saved payment method. By adding a card you authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees. Paid usage is billed as described at checkout. You can stop using the service at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content & our IP
You keep ownership of the content you submit, and grant us the limited license needed to operate the service and produce your research. WillTheyBuy and its software, models, and brand remain our property.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Research outputs are probabilistic estimates and you are responsible for your own business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WillTheyBuy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Changes, governing law & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Emailsupport@willtheybuy.ai.
